CALL OUT CHARGES

OUR ONSITE SERVICE CHARGE IS £70-00 FOR THE FIRST HOUR AND £65-00 PER HOUR AFTER THAT PLUS PARTS, TRAVELING TIME WILL BE INCLUDED IN THE FIRST HOUR PLUS CONGESTION CHARGE, ULEZ CHARGE, ZEZ CHARGE, PAY-PER-MILE CHARGE, BRIDGE AND TUNNEL CHARGES AND ANY PARKING CHARGES IF APPLICABLE AT THE CURRENT RATE,

 AFTER THE FIRST HOUR THE SECOND HOUR IS DIVIDED INTO 15 MINUTE SLOTS.

EMERGENCY AND OUT OF HOURS AND BANK HOLIDAY SERVICE WILL BE CHARGED AT £90-00 PER HOUR

WORKSHOP RATES

Our workshop rates are £45-00 per hour plus parts, estimates are free and if a repair cannot be effected there will be no charge but the equipment must be delivered and collected.

​

If you send the equipment to us by carrier for estimate, there will be a charge for returning the said equipment by carrier, the carriage charge must be paid when the equipment is sent, the carriage charge price will be given when you phone or email for a returns number, if equipment is bought into us and is found to be beyond economical repair and the equipment is not collected it will be deposed off after 3 months have elapsed.

There is no distance within the UK mainland we won't cover, it's just the traveling time can make the equipment beyond economical repair, but we can give you a rough quote once we know your location so you can make the decision.

But we can do paper till/printer rolls and supplies for cash registers/EPOS equipment nationwide.
