The NR-500 series ECRs

Are designed with a bright Alphanumeric display along with raised or flat keyboard, ideally suited for all retail hospitality applications.

The NR-510R has raised keyboard with a single station 57mm thermal printer for receipt or journal printing. Providing a receipt with every transaction helps to ensure correct information is entered into the cash register & provides proof of purchase. This model has a retail style keyboard with 48 raised buttons, 36 of which are programmable to provide user friendly, efficient operation.

The NR-510F has all the features of the NR-510R but has a flat 60 button keyboard for cafe's and coffee shops and comes with a single 57mm thermal printer which can be used for giving a receipt or be used for keeping a journal, the NR-520F is the same machine but has a two 57mm thermal printers, one for receipt and one or the journal.

The NR-520R has all the features of the NR-510R but has a two 57mm thermal printers for printing a journal and to give a receipt to the customer if required.

Remote Printing

Thermal Printer(s) & Keyboard Types

Choose a single printer or traditional receipt and journal model. Both provide fast, quiet thermal printing. Drop-in loading simplifies paper changing and virtually eliminates paper jamming.

Receipt & Journal Printer (Models; ER-940, ER-945) Use a two-printer model when a customer receipt and a traditional real-time printed journal is needed for sales archival.

Single Printer Models (Models; ER-920, ER-925) The Single printer models are best for receipt only or journal only applications. If you choose a single printer model for printing receipts, you can record your journal electronically in the register’s memory.

Electronic Journal

If a receipt and a sales journal is needed, the journal can be archived electronically for printing at end of day, can be collected on an SD card, or can be polled and collected by a PC using the PC utility.

A variety of electronic journal reports are available that allow you to quickly audit selected activities.

Keyboard (For Retail)

The traditional raised key keyboard provides 56 keyboard PLU keys and can be decreased by your Sam4s dealer to 21 PLU keys keyboard, PLU’s act like traditional departments for open priced entries or can be set as preset price keys. Large key size provides easy-to-read key labels, although we still recommend the flat keyboard model as it gives you more flexibility and buttons, see below.

Keyboard (For Hospitality or Retail)

With 150 key locations, the flat keyboard can easily accommodate large menus with 110 preset keys for each item. Where menus change daily with breakfast, lunch or dinner times the paper key-sheet under the overlay is easily exchanged.

The Sam4s ER-180US

This very basic light use cash register offers many features and is ideal for any small Retail business for example a hair dresser.

Unfortunately this cash register no longer comes with a control lock and keys, it now only has a mode button to access functions like Z reads and programming.

This operator-friendly model provides a complete analysis of department sales, function total and actual drawer totals. The cashier has the option of supplying a printed customer receipt or a journal roll..

The SAM4S ER180US comes with 34 different function keys covering the main operations required for any basic retail or hospitality operation.

The SAM4S ER180US has a built-in single station thermal printer that can be configured to operate as a receipt or journal printer, and comes with either large or small cash base. Good quality silent printing and you can add your business header to the receipt offering a custom receipt to your customers.

The SAM4S ER180US now features a large rear customer display as standard but the display is built into the machine so is NOT on a raiseable turret, it has a memory to store up to 500 Product PLU's so you can control the sales of your key products in your store but is NOT capable of attaching a barcode scanner.

The ER-260 series ECR

The Sam4s ER-260BEJ is a budget priced cash register that's big on performance and ideal for all kinds of Retail and Catering outlets.

The quick and quiet thermal receipt comes with an auto-load feature to stop the frustrating and time consuming paper jams problems experienced with some cash registers. The ER-260BEJ also comes with a ‘Receipt on Demand’ function that allows the operator to print receipt on request, this features saves paper and reduces receipt litter around checkout areas.

To further save paper the journal/audit roll is stored in electronic format internally in the machine and can be printed on request. With 15 department keys and 1,000 PLU’s (Price Look Ups), two line operator display and standard cash drawer specification the ER-260BEJ is capable of meeting the requirements of any small to medium Retail or Catering Outlet.
