We offer a wide range of support depending  on your requirements.

We can do anything from sales (Nationwide), installation, training and servicing of your equipment whether we have sold it or not, we do not discriminate if you have purchased the goods online or from a wholesaler, we of course will only service, repair and do training if we can get the necessary parts and instruction manuals, this is subject to location as travelling time can cause the repair or training not to be cost effective for the customer, you can of course send us your equipment but there will be a charge for the return carriage that has to be paid whether you accept the estimate or not, but there is no charge for the estimate just the return carriage, please contact us first for a returns number, we also repair the full range of Geller cash registers but parts are now very hard to get hold of for these machines, we supply paper rolls, ribbons and ink rollers, we can try to supply the same for older machines.

Sales of equipment

We do try and limit ourselves to a couple of makes of machine, this makes us more familiar with the use and programming of the machines we sell, that makes us more efficient with the speed of set up, the more we know the machines that we sell the quicker we can set up the machine and get the machine to you the customer, and if the customer has a query with there machine once installed  we can normally answer the query without have to resort to the manual, we specialise in the Sam4s range of machines but we will quote on most makes and models providing we can obtain the required make and model, the price we quote is normally for the sale, programming, installation and training on the use of the machine, this normally includes onsite repair/support for the first year on new machines, although this does all depend on graphical limitations, any machines that we sell on a return to base option will normally be cheaper as you will not have the onsite facility, none of the equipment that we sell requires back office software unless you request it and we do not charge monthly or yearly fees for any equipment or software that we supply and you have purchased but if you have computer based equipment and you want cloud back office or SamTouch 2 Go there is a monthly fee for this software, and if you have post code finder on computer based equipment updates are chargeable.

Installation of equipment

The installation and set up of our complete systems normally comes in with the total price quoted, smaller items like printers or barcode scanners that are purchased after installation are not normally installed by an engineer but are pre-configured to work when plugged in although you can request us to install them for you at an additional cost, we would charge you for a site visit/inspection to give you an quote if you wanted us to install equipment that you purchased from another source but we would give you the price for the site visit/inspection before we came to your location to quote you for the installation of your equipment.

Programming of equipment

Programming again normally comes in with the total price quoted although this is shown separately but we would need your full and complete  menu/drinks list before we can give you a price and commence any programming, any reprogramming that needs to be done we can quote you once again when we have the full and complete menu or drinks list or corrections to the existing program, we will also reprogram any machine that we haven't sold providing we can obtain the necessary information to do the reprogramming.

P.C. based equipment that is connected to the internet will allow small program changes or adjustment without a site visit but the complete reprogramming of equipment will require a site visit.

WE CANNOT OFFER A OVER THE PHONE OR INTERNET REPROGRAMMING SERVICE DUE TO THE AMOUNT OF TIME NEEDED FOR THIS SERVICE.

After sales service

We give a full after sales service whether it be an on site call out or phone help we can normally help most people to sort out any small problem over the phone explain price and name changes, any computer based touch screens that we have sold and are connected to the internet can sometimes be sorted out over the internet if it happens to be a programming problem, but hardware problems normally have to be dealt with by an on site visit, we also do call outs on machines we haven't sold providing we can obtain the necessary parts to effect a repair.

OUT OF HOURS AND SUNDAY CALLS CAN BE ARRANGED IN ADVANCE BUT AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE MAYBE APPLIED.

Sales of supplies

We can supply most sizes of cash register or printer rolls, whether it's one or more boxes, we can even get your details printed on the reverse of the rolls but these orders are normally subject to a minimum order quantity, we do not normally  stock ribbons or ink rollers because of rarity of machines that now use them, but we can obtain them on an special order only basis this does include some sizes of plain paper till rolls these items are normally in stock the next day if ordered early enough, we can also try to obtain any retail equipment related item that you may require, now matter how obscure or even for really old equipment that you might still have, we can't always obtain said item but we will do our best to get it if it's still obtainable.

Installation of LAN Cat5 Cable

LAN cabling does come at an extra cost, the price will vary with type and complexity of installation and distance needed to be travelled for the installation, we may need to do a site visit/inspection before we can give you a price but this is done at our expense, electrical work can also be undertaken by a qualified electrician if mains supply needs to be installed at the position of the EPOS equipment, if you decided not to purchase the cabling from us and use your own installer we would still install the equipment purchased from us using your cabling.

C.C.T.V.

We will be happy to quote you for CCTV if required, from a full system internal or external right down to a single camera CCTV, for shop, office or home use.

Training

We can quote you for any re-training for your staff on any equipment you have purchased with us, any other equipment that we have not sold can be trained on providing we can get the program/instruction manuals for the said equipment.
