Cash Register Services (Cheshunt)

​Barry Fletcher started his cash register career repairing and servicing cash registers with Cash Register Services (London) Ltd. which was established in 1975 by Mr Glenn Carter and Mr David Evans, both learning their trade at National Cash Registers in the 1960's. CRS built their solid reputation on the supply, servicing and rental of cash register equipment to local authorities, retail outlets, high street multiples, hotels and restaurants the length and breadth of the UK. David retired from the company in the mid 1990’s and the company was carried on by Glenn until his sad death in September 2016. Barry who joined the company just before David retired has carried on the business in Glenn's footsteps since then although Cash Register Services (London) Ltd. cease trading to the public on the 30th November 2016.  Barry is now trading as Cash Register Services (Cheshunt).

Barry started his working career in 1974 as a service engineer with EagleField Service Company working for John Eagle and Bryan Field doing office equipment in offices, factories and private homes repairing and servicing manual, electric, golf ball and daisy wheel electronic typewriters, word processors, manual and electric adding machines, electronic calculators and faxes working his way up to service manager.

 

 

We do not offer an 'Online Shopping' facility. Whether it be a box of till rolls or a complete Touch Screen Restaurant billing system, we believe it is essential to treat all of our customers as individuals with individual requirements. Every inquiry is dealt with personally with a view to supplying the correct piece of equipment and/or service, when we quote for a cash register or full EPOS system you get exactly what you will be paying with no extras added on after, there is no (PRICE FROM) with us.

I can do (PRICE FROM) and it will sound cheap but you will want it to work when you receive the equipment that's when all the extras are added on, we would rather give you the full price you pay at the start not at the end, that way you can make an informed decision on the purchase.

 

Monthly rental from other company's can sound tempting and if money is tight it maybe the right decision for your company, but work out what the equipment will cost the company over a five year period before deciding.
