Kitchen Video - Improved interaction between multiple KVS units in the system. Strike thru items on the order will be replicated across KVS screens. Head Chef can control tickets centrally.
 

QuickPay - Customer is provided with a check bill with a QR code on.  They scan the QR code with their mobile phone and make payment. Once paid a finalized bill is automatically printed at the POS and the check is cleared.  Available with eMerchantPay card processor, inc. Apple Pay & Google Pay.

SamTouch now has a new feature called “QuickPay”.  A QR code is printed at the bottom of a customer receipt and the customer can go ahead and make payment by scanning the code on their mobile phone.  Once payment is received the check is automatically finalized on SamTouch.

SamTouch is now partnered with Toggle, the gifting & pre-paid experience platform. Unlocking the integration for all SamTouch resellers, meaning that gift cards can be both sold & redeemed seamlessly in-venue and online. 

Over £137m of transactions have gone through the platform so far, with an average sale value of £57. Toggle supports digital gift cards which can be saved to an apple wallet, but they can also manufacture and fulfil branded physical cards which are compatible with your POS.

SamTouch operators can now access the functionality of ResDiary from within the SamTouch EPOS Solution.

With the two way communication between SamTouch and ResDiary, users can manage their bookings, walk-ins, and other important table information seamlessly between the two systems.

RD Connect
The RD Connect account is perfect for those that wish to have a taster of the ResDiary platform – the only restriction being a cap of 150 restaurant bookings per month and the use of a book button rather than a widget.

RD Express
With RD Express you have the ability to send branded email notifications, promoting your brand and any special offers you may have. Diners can book into your restaurant via your branded widget embedded in your website, via Facebook or Twitter.

RD Pro
